Free Fire: Significant Changes in Ranked Play

Free Fire: Significant Changes in Ranked Play

4. January 2024 by Never

The Free Fire development team has announced pivotal changes for Season 31, aiming to balance the progression in higher ranks and ensure a fairer climb for players.

Adjustments in Heroic and Beyond

In the previous system, advancing from the Heroic rank was a considerable challenge due to the high requirements set for Master players. This approach evaluated players based on both survival and eliminations.

Key Changes in Point Allocation

To address these issues, the rank point calculation formula has been revamped. The new system better reflects player skills and promises a more balanced progression. Here’s a glimpse of how points will be allocated under the new system:

  • Booyah + 1 Enemy Elimination: Previously 18-25 rank points, now 18-35 rank points.
  • Booyah + 18 Enemy Eliminations: Previously 25-58 rank points, now 38-68 rank points.
  • 4418 + 1 Enemy Elimination: Previously -35–15 rank points, now -28–18 rank points.
  • 4418 + 18 Enemy Eliminations: Previously -15-18 rank points, now -5-15 rank points.
