Dota 2 celebrates its tenth anniversary and remains one of the strongest titles in esports.
In general, most video games with more than 10 years on the market, at some point, experience drops in both their quality and player base. Great Dota 2 teams
One of the best teams in Dota 2 is Gaimin Gladiators. This team has managed to win all three Majors that have been held this year. Thanks to this number of wins, Gaimin Gladiators became the first team to achieve that feat since the Dota Pro Circuit started in 2017.
Gaimin Gladiators will now have to keep fighting to keep setting records. If the team wins The International 12, they will be the first to win a TI and a Masters in the same year. However, the team will not have things so easy in IT. All the other teams will fight to snatch the title from Gaimin Gladiators.
Changes to the Dota 2 Dota Pro Circuit
This 2023, the DPC experienced a year of changes due to the adjustment program implemented by the game developers. This new program has allowed third-party events to return after a few years without being able to enjoy this type of event. For its part, ESL has launched its tour, where participating teams will be fighting to take home a share of the $15 million prize pool. This event is the largest non-IT Dota 2 tournament.
However, not just changes have come for Dota 2 on the pro scene. Valve has also taken it upon itself to make changes to Dota 2, bringing extra excitement to the game.

Valve decided to remove the battle pass. This decision was a bit puzzling and disappointing for many players. With the battle pass, players spent hours and hours of gameplay searching for new rewards.
However, the developers have decided not to concentrate all the game’s new features in a single update. Instead, new features will come to the juice in different updates so players can enjoy different new features throughout the year. With this decision, Valve intends to generate a lot of excitement over the months, which due to the battle past, they could not afford.
