100 Thieves says goodbye to two of its VALORANT players
Many teams are currently making changes ahead of the upcoming season, and 100 Thieves is one of them. According to the information revealed by the esports organization, both Brenden “Stellar” McGrath and Derrek Ha have officially left the team. The 100 Thieves contract database listing for the Americas VCT has been updated, and these two names have been removed. With the departure of these two players, 100T hopes to get back on a winning course for the 2024 season.

Big changes at 100 Thieves
Recall that both Brenden “stellar” McGrath and Derrek Ha came to 100 Thieves after Daniel “ddk” Kapadia, the former general manager, and Sean Gares, the head coach, took over the team after a terrible start to the season in 2022.
Now, both Ddk and Gares have left. The first to leave was the general manager. At the same time, the coach has recently left. However, 100 Thieves has already found a new head coach. For the upcoming season, former EG assistant coach Michael “Mikes” Hockom will take over as head coach for 100T. Michael “Mikes” Hockom is responsible for signing the players needed for the 100T squad.
On the other hand, it is important to note that according to GCD information, 100T’s active roster has only three names. One of the names on this list is Matthew “Cryocells” Panganiban, who was undoubtedly a great signing for the organization. This player came to the team during the previous off-season. The other two remaining players on the roster are Sean “Bang” Bezerra, a controlling player who has been a revelation. On the other hand, there is the veteran Peter “Asuna” Mazuryk.
100 Thieves 2023 Season
The 2023 season for 100T has been very disappointing, so the team’s management has decided to make several changes to its roster. First, the departure of the coach was confirmed, and then the departure of two players.

Remember that 100T was left out of the playoffs after the loss against MIBR. In addition, the Sentinels defeated the team in its LCQ debut. Now, after a poor season, 100T has its future ahead of it and is reportedly evaluating a host of player options. Apparently, the organization has a large pool of players for the 2024 season. Among those players could be some who participated in the Challengers. On the other hand, rumors have also surfaced that 100T has plans to reduce the budget for its VALORANT squad drastically. We must wait to know what the future will be for this team.
