As Overwatch 2 gears up for its Season 8 launch on December 5, the spotlight is on Mauga, the game’s latest addition. Following player feedback from a November preview during BlizzCon 2023, Blizzard has implemented substantial buffs to enhance Mauga’s performance.

Mauga’s Major Overhaul

Blizzard’s recent patch notes reveal a series of significant changes aimed at bolstering Mauga’s effectiveness in battle. These adjustments include a 15 percent reduction in his headshot hitbox volume and an increase in armor, bringing his total HP to 500.

Additionally, his dual wield gatling guns and other abilities have received enhancements to improve his gameplay experience.
