The new season of CoD has been dubbed “The Haunting.” In this new season, all players will experience a special event with a terrifying Halloween theme. The special event bears the same name with which they have christened season 6. Apparently, the developers have created The Haunting event to prepare players for the zombie experience in MW3.
On the other hand, it has been revealed that this new season of CoD will be loaded with new content, including new agents, maps, weapons, and other details. But that’s not all. Activision has also announced that new crossovers like Lilith from Diablo and Skeletor from Ash Williams will be included.
Launch of CoD Season 6
The launch of the new season of Call of Duty is scheduled for September 27. From that day on, all players can enjoy all the new content coming to the game. It is important to note that this is the last update of Modern Warfare II before the launch of MW3.
Players will have from September 27 to November 10 to enjoy all the new features before the next game arrives. We will also know many details about the saga’s future in this period. Details about the future of the CoD League will be revealed at the CoD NEXT event on October 5.

Call of Duty Season 6 Update
On September 27, players will be able to enjoy four new maps:
- La Casa
- King
- Koro Village
- Fight
But that’s not all. The maps that are already available in the game will receive some updates. Among these maps are the Embassy and El Asilo, which will receive a curious redesign on Halloween. Along the same lines, several game modes will also benefit from the terrifying Halloween theme, and some haunted houses will be introduced.

The Haunting” Event Details
