One of the greatest players Cloud9’s LoL squad has ever had returns to the team, but this time he has a different job. William “Meteos” Hartman, a former Cloud9 player, has returned to the organization as a content creator. All fans of both Meteos and Cloud9 will be able to enjoy all the wisdom of this legendary player in his broadcasts.
Meteos returns as a content creator to Cloud9
The esports organization Cloud9 says hello again to one of North America’s jungles. Meteos returns to his roots. This legendary returns to the organization, where he saw his career grow as a professional LoL player. However, this time, Meteos comes not as a player but as a content creator. After his retirement as a professional player, Meteos has dedicated himself to creating League of Legends content.
After two years, Meteos has signed up with an organization to do the work he has been doing independently for two years. Right now, Meteos is rejoining Cloud9 to represent his blue and white jersey, but in content creation. The former player will be in charge of broadcasting each of the team’s games. This way, all the organization’s fans will not miss a single play of their favorite players.

From professional player to the content creator
During his time as a professional player, Meteos was one of the most prominent players in the North American LoL scene. Throughout his career, he developed an excellent professional record, achieving numerous titles in Summoner’s Rift. Meteos has on his record the victory of two LCS championships. But that’s not all. Meteos also won the IEM in season 9 and several times reached the world championship quarterfinals.
On the other hand, Meteos was also a member of different teams, such as OpTic Gaming, 100 Thieves, Immortals, and Phoenix1. However, with none of these teams, was he as successful as he was with Cloud9.
After a successful career, the experienced jungler moved away from tournaments and now focuses on broadcasting. Meteos usually broadcasts himself while playing LoL or Teamfight Tactics. However, his most popular streams are those of the LCS and different LoL tournaments, together with other famous streamers.
Right now, fans of Meteos and C9 can enjoy all the content of the former player. On numerous occasions, we have seen his LCS broadcasts where he has shown great analytical skills, thanks to his background and experience in Summoner’s Rift.
In a very short time, we will probably see Meteos retransmitting one of the most important LoL tournaments. We are talking about the World Championship to be held in South Korea.
