With the launch of this new game mode, thousands of players are already testing their skills. Naturally, before jumping into this new game mode, you should know the battles’ objective. In this game mode, the main objective is to get rank badges. That is why we will tell you all the details of the Arena 2v2v2v2 mode rank system today.

Arena 2v2v2v2 Mode Rank System

The main LoL rank system has 10 ranks where players can demonstrate their level of play. However, the new Arena game mode has only five ranks. The ranks of this mode are as follows:

Arena mode ranks

  • Wood: Players with 0 to 1,399 rank points are placed at the wood level.
  • Bronze: The bronze level is for players with 1,400 to 2,599 rank points.
  • Silver: The silver level is for players with 2,600 to 3,199 rank points.
  • Gold: The gold level is for players with 3,200 to 3,799 rank points.
  • Gladiator: The gladiator level is for players with over 3,800 rank points.

Two arena mode ranks are new, while the other three are the same as in Summoner’s Rift.

After learning about the different ranks in 2v2v2v2 mode, many players wonder how to rank up. Read on to learn how to improve your rank.

Improving your rank in Arena mode

Arena mode is similar to Summoner’s Rift queues. Players must earn points for victories to rank up. Remember that in each battle you face, you will have to fight in ranked matches with players with the same rank. However, it would help to remember that you will also lose points when you lose a battle.

Specifically in Arena mode, to get a victory, you must finish in the lobby of the first two teams. If you finish in the third or fourth lobby, it will be considered a defeat.

On the other hand, it is important to note that there are no promotions in the Arena mode rank system as in TFT’s Hyper Roll system. In this mode, players must earn the level points to advance in the rank table. Remember that you must finish in first or second place to earn points.

On the other hand, perhaps many players are used to playing with their friends to move up the rankings more easily. In Arena mode, remember that you can only play with a friend; having a friend in the game will certainly help you win more. However, those victories depend largely on the strategies and how you play with your partner.

The permanence of the Arena mode in LoL

Some players already fighting arena mode battles wonder if this mode will stay in the game for good. According to the developers’ information, the game mode’s future will depend largely on the players’ response. So, if a significant player base loves this game mode and dedicates its gaming sessions to the Arena mode, it could stay for a long time.
