Clone Rumble Arrives in Marvel Rivals: Everything You Need to Know About the New Mode

6. March 2025 by Valentin Pasetti

Marvel Rivals continues its streak of exciting updates, and the latest patch introduces an all-new limited-time mode: Clone Rumble. This chaotic event, launching on March 7, 2025, lets players experience what happens when everyone picks the same hero.

Alongside Clone Rumble, the update also brings hero balance changes and a brand-new event called Galacta’s Cosmic Adventure, featuring exclusive rewards.

Clone Rumble Mode Brings a Unique Twist to Marvel Rivals

The highlight of this update is Clone Rumble, a mode that throws players into an all-out battle where every teammate controls the same hero. But that’s not all—both teams can also end up playing the same character, leading to pure madness. Imagine a battlefield filled entirely with Jeff the Land Shark, or an army of Spider-Men pointing at each other in true meme fashion.

This mode is time-limited and will be available on specific weekends in March:

  • March 7 – 10
  • March 14 – 17
  • March 21 – 24

Players can jump into the action as soon as the servers come back online on March 7 at 1:00 AM Pacific Time. Each session of the event lasts for four days, ensuring an action-packed weekend for all Marvel Rivals fans.

Galacta’s Cosmic Adventure Event and Rewards

Alongside Clone Rumble, Galacta’s Cosmic Adventure will introduce a special board game-style event. Players will be able to collect unique event tokens, which they can use to roll the dice for various rewards.

The most sought-after prize? A brand-new Black Widow skin, titled “Mrs. Barnes”. Expect other exciting bonuses as well, making this a great opportunity to expand your collection.

Hero Fixes and Balance Changes

As with every major update, this patch includes a series of bug fixes and balance adjustments to refine gameplay. Here are some of the key changes:

Loki

  • Fixed an issue where Loki’s UI would disappear after transforming.
  • Addressed a problem where overlapping Regeneration Domains caused healing effects to stop working.
