After weeks of speculation and rumors within the Dota 2 community regarding OG’s roster, the two-time The International champions have finally revealed the players who will be joining their team.

In an official social media post, OG confirmed the acquisition of two players from Night Pulse, validating the reports that had been circulating for several days.

Additionally, 23’s replacement is Ulnit, a player who made a name for himself in the Tier 2 scene while competing with MOUZ.

With these three new additions, the complete OG roster is now:

OG’s New Roster:

  1. Ulnit
  2. Nine
  3. Davai Lama

  5. Kidaro

It is important to note that these three new players will initially join on a trial basis.

Mixed Reactions from the Community

Unfortunately, fan reactions have been mixed following OG’s announcement. While some supporters remain optimistic, others have raised concerns about the team’s decisions.

  • Many fans believe that retaining Nine in the lineup is a mistake, as they feel he is no longer at his peak performance level.
  • The inclusion of Ulnit was unexpected, as many assumed that Kami, considered the strongest player from Night Pulse, would also join OG.
  • Reports suggest that Kami, from Kyrgyzstan, declined the offer, which may explain OG’s decision to sign Ulnit instead.

When Will OG’s New Roster Make Its Debut?

OG has assembled this roster with the goal of qualifying for DreamLeague 26, a prestigious tournament that offers three qualification spots for European teams. OG must go through the Open Qualifiers, their debut could happen as early as March 28, the starting dates for Open Qualifiers #1.
