Get ready to catch Mankey during the November 2024 Community Day in Pokémon GO. Niantic has officially announced all the details about this exciting event.
When is Mankey Community Day?
The Mankey Community Day will take place on November 10, 2024. The event will start at 2:00 PM local time and run until 5:00 PM local time.
As the featured Pokémon, Mankey, the Pig Monkey Pokémon, will appear more frequently in the wild, with an increased chance of encountering a Shiny Mankey. Additionally, if you evolve Mankey into Primeape during the event, it will learn the exclusive charged move Furious Punch.
Furious Punch Move Details:
- Trainer Battles: 50 damage and raises attack by one stage.
- Gyms and Raids: 100 damage.
There will also be a special Community Day research available. Players can participate by purchasing a ticket for $1 USD.
Event Bonuses:
- Limited-time evolution: You can evolve Primeape into Annihilape after catching 20 Fighting-type Pokémon with Primeape as your buddy.
- 3x EXP for catching Pokémon.
- 2x Candy for catching Pokémon.
- 2x chance for Trainers level 31 and above to receive XL Candy for catching Pokémon.
- Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours.
- Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours.
- Snap special snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
- One additional special trade can be made, up to a maximum of two for the day.
- 50% less Stardust required for trades.
Additionally, there will be a Community Day Ultra Box available in the Pokémon GO shop. The box will cost $4.99 USD and includes 10 Ultra Balls, an Elite Charged TM, and a ticket for the special research. This box will be available starting November 4, 2024.
