As 2023 nears its end, Riot Mort unveils pivotal balance changes in Teamfight Tactics (TFT) Set 10, signaling a strategic shift in gameplay. The End of ‘Fast 9’
The ‘Fast 9’ composition, a dominant strategy involving saving resources to acquire a legendary chosen unit, faces a significant nerf in Patch 13.25 (or possibly 13.24B). This change is set to redefine strategies, as the appearance rate of legendary units will be considerably reduced.

- Brawlers: Life bonus adjusted from 20/45/85% to 20/45/90%.
- EDM: Spell damage revised from 80/90/100/120% to 80/100/110/125%.
- Pogo: Base attack speed increased from 20/30/50% to 20/40/60%.
- Rapid Fire: Attack speed per stack boosted from 4/7/12% to 4/8/14%.
- Spellweavers: AP per cast modified from 1/1/2/10 to 1/2/3/10; Base AP at 10 stacks from 120 to 200.
Champion Adjustments
- Cost 1 Units: Vi (mana 40/70, armor/MR 45), Yasuo (life per level 650, AD power 300%).
- Cost 2 Units: Gragas (ability damage 160/240/360), Kayle (damage per hit 35/50/75, final ability damage 210/315/475), Twitch (armor/MR 25, AD ability 225%).
- Cost 4 Units: Poppy (ability AD power 260/260/525%), Zac (life 1100, mana 60/130).
- Cost 5 Units: Sona (attack speed on hit 75/115/777).
